Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 September 2026

By using snazzy you agree to these Terms. snazzy is operated by Ashlytic Labs LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India, and is a tool for scheduling and publishing content to Instagram professional accounts you are authorized to manage, and for automating replies on those accounts.

Your account

Your responsibilities

Automated messages are sent as you

If you use Auto-DM, snazzy sends messages from your Instagram account, in your name, according to rules you wrote. You are responsible for what those rules say and for who receives them.

Instagram permits a reply inside a 24-hour window after someone messages or comments on your account, and snazzy is built to stay inside it. snazzy must not be used to send unsolicited or bulk messages, to contact people who have not interacted with you, or to run anything Instagram would treat as spam. Doing so risks your Instagram account, not just your snazzy one, and we will suspend a snazzy account that does it.

Acceptable use

You may not use snazzy to publish or send content that infringes others’ intellectual property, is unlawful, or violates Instagram’s policies, and you may not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend an account that does.

Plans and payment

Your content stays yours

You keep all rights to the media and captions you upload. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service for you: to store your content, and to transmit it to Instagram when you tell us to publish it. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

Service & availability

snazzy is provided “as is”. We work to publish every scheduled post reliably, and we will tell you by email when one fails. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for Instagram outages, Instagram policy changes, or anything else outside our control. Instagram can rate-limit, restrict or reject a post for its own reasons, and a post it refuses is not a failure we can undo.

Selling digital products through snazzy

If you use snazzy to sell a digital product, you are the seller and we are not. The contract for that sale is between you and your buyer. You are responsible for what you sell, for describing it accurately, for having the right to sell it, for delivering it, and for handling your own buyers’ refunds, complaints and tax obligations.

We provide the hosting and the link. We do not take a commission on your sales, we do not process your buyers’ payments, and we are not a party to the transaction — so we cannot resolve a dispute between you and a buyer. You may hold up to 50 products at a time, and storage counts toward your plan’s limit.

⛔ We may remove a product, without notice, if it breaches these Terms or the law, or if it puts our Instagram app at risk. That last one is not a formality: our access to Instagram is what the whole service depends on, and a single product can jeopardise it for every other customer.

The referral programme

If you refer someone to snazzy, these terms apply in addition to the rest:

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost followers or lost reach. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it arose — which, on the free plan, is nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using snazzy at any time: disconnect your accounts, cancel any subscription, and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, that puts our Instagram app at risk, or where we are required to. If we close your account for anything other than a breach, we will refund the unused part of a paid period.

Changes

We may update these Terms and will change the date above. If a change materially affects you we will say so by email rather than only here. Continued use after that means you accept it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction — except where consumer law in your own country gives you the right to bring a claim locally, which it may.
